Replatforming to Build A Better Customer Experience

Wpromote recommended that Shadow Hunter Blinds make the switch from WordPress WooCommerce to Shopify Plus as their new ecommerce platform because Shopify Plus offered efficiency, reliability, and a streamlined approach to user experience.

Those capabilities meant that Shadow Hunter Blinds could avoid the costly customizations and ongoing maintenance costs of a site redesign. Wpromote also created a custom connector between Shopify Plus and Shadow Hunter Blinds’ ERP, Infor FACTS, to enable order fulfillment and built out advanced rules for both LTL and parcel shipping to handle the company’s different product groupings.

All aspects of the customer experience were fully optimized with best of breed commerce technologies, including key Shopify Plus integrations like Omnisend for email, Affirm for BNPL, for payment processing, Bazaarvoice for reviews, and Printful.
