Which roles will have the opportunity to manage people?

It differs from department to department. If the role has direct reports, it will be listed in the job description.

What does the typical interview process look like and how can I prepare for my interview?

Although the interview process will differ depending on the department and level of the role, please see the general process below:

1) You will be contacted via email (make sure to check your spam folder!) to schedule an initial interview

2) You will then have an initial phone interview with a Talent Acquisition partner to discuss the opportunity, role-specific interview process, and the timeline/next steps

3) If you advance to the next step, interviews with the hiring team will be conducted via Google Meet (aka on video)

The dress code for the video Interviews is business casual. (At least your top half!)

What if I need accommodation for the interview or application?

How does Wpromote support employee training, career development, and mentorship?

Wpromote offers a range of employee-led programs, including communication courses and robust management training. Additionally, our internal mentorship program, Wprotege, equips mentors and mentees with the tools to grow into Wpromote’s future leaders. Aligned with our values to cultivate curiosity and build connections, this program provides participants with the opportunity to refine and expand their skill set.

Are there any specific diversity and inclusion initiatives or programs in place?

Through our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and company-led initiatives, we work collaboratively to promote cultural competence, raise awareness of diversity-related issues, and drive initiatives that foster an inclusive company culture. 

Through education, advocacy, and mentorship, we strive to make diversity and inclusion integral to our corporate DNA. Some examples of our events/initiatives include Black History Month, Lunar New Year, International Women’s Day, Hispanic Heritage Month, Pride Month, and more. In addition, Wpromote recognizes Juneteenth and Mental Health Awareness Day as paid holidays. Please see additional information here.

Does Wpromote provide visa sponsorship for open opportunities?

Wpromote does not provide any visa sponsorship and/or transfers at this time.

For “Remote” opportunities, does Wpromote operate in all 50 states?
