North Washington Dental Facebook Advertising Case Study

North Washington Dental enlisted Wpromote's services with the intention of using Facebook Advertising, in combination with other services such as Online Presence Management and Google Advertising, to reach their practice's business goals. Despite the limitations of time and a constrained budget in a competitive landscape, we were able to garner results through the use of ads on Facebook. These results are not only encouraging metrics in terms of the client’s goals, they also have provided us with the ability to progressively fine-tune strategy every month to get North Washington Dental to where they want to be.

North Washington Dental Business Goals:

  • Direct more traffic to practice website so potential patients can explore the practice’s vast array of services.
  • Increase awareness of and emphasize the “Family Dentistry” aspect of the brand, widening the net of the types of patients the practice typically takes in.

WHAT WE DID

We were able to increase the reach of our ads to a relevant audience over a short period of time after launch.

We used Facebook's highly granular audience targeting capabilities to create campaigns specifically geared toward audiences with interest in family dental services. Demographics like location, age, gender, and income were used to create this group.

A/B test of two different ad types with similar content.

We used two types of ads - Carousel and Single Image - in order to test their effectiveness and the responsiveness of two different audience segments.

We funneled users across channels with a seamless branding experience.

We used the objective of "link clicks" to redirect users to the practice's website, where they could find out more information and schedule an appointment
