You Will Be

Supporting & Managing Email Production

  • Working with Email Marketing Managers to implement email templates (HTML or WSYWG) within various ESPs.
  • Troubleshooting custom HTML and QA utilizing an Email Testing platform (i.e. Email on Acid)
  • Assisting Developers in editing Email HTML code for multiple email accounts
  • Coordinating and project managing end-to-end email production from request to briefing, through to setup and execution.

Supporting & Managing Reporting

  • Creating reporting mechanisms to measure the impact of email marketing efforts, work with the internal reporting team to set up benchmarks and drive performance improvements.
  • Gathering and analyzing data from a variety of sources to provide Managers with the ability to make informed investment and strategic planning decisions.
  • Communicating results and recommending actions to all levels within the department and proactively identify opportunities for research that help move the business forward.
  • Assisting with implementing reporting and testing strategies with other data extraction, reporting, and analytical tools (i.e. Google Analytics).

Supporting & Learning Channel Strategy

  • Learning from Email Managers best practices of the Email channel, developing strategy capabilities
  • Working with Email Marketing Managers to analyze email campaign KPIs and identify trends to develop strategies and implement optimization tactics.

You Must Have

  • 1-3 years of online marketing or building email campaigns experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business preferred.
  • Working knowledge with ESP, CRM, or automation systems preferred.
  • Effective time management, high attention to detail, and demonstrated problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding or prior experience using web analytics tools (i.e. Google Analytics).
  • Hands-on experience with campaign execution, including email marketing, HTML code, and campaign analysis, preferred.
  • Must be comfortable working in Microsoft Excel. Experience with pivot tables, enhanced functions (i.e. vlookups) preferred.
  • Basic working knowledge of Adobe Dreamweaver and Photoshop preferred.
  • Experience in Bronto, ExactTarget, Klaviyo, MailChimp, Hubspot, or Marketo a plus.
  • Experience working within a Project Management platform (i.e. Asana, Basecamp, Redbooth, Wrike, etc)
