The Role

Wpromote is looking for an energetic, bright, and curious individual to become our next member of our growing Talent team.  Our Recruiting Coordinator will be responsible for assisting the Talent Acquisition team with all things talent related along with learning about the digital marketing space. If you thrive in an ever changing environment with the ability to play a huge role in building our Agency, this could be a match made in heaven!

You Will Be

  • Scheduling candidates for phone screens and on-site interviews
  • Assisting with recruitment for our annual internship program
  • Updating recruiting dashboards in Google Docs and Excel
  • Posting all new positions onto our career site, LinkedIn, College sites, etc
  • Assisting People Operations team with New Hire paperwork and onboarding (Welcome emails, adding new hires to our HRIS, first day desk set up)
  • Ensuring all resumes are uploaded with notes into our ATS
  • Conducting all background and reference checks
  • Assisting with the coordinating of industry/networking events and campus recruitment events
  • Learning to source passive candidates and build recruitment pipelines

You Must Have

  • 0-1 year experience working within Human Resources/Recruitment
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to be able to communicate with individuals of all levels
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and be nimble to change
  • Solid knowledge with MS Office and Google for work
  • Some experience with any ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Keynote is a plus
