The Role

Wpromote is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to become the next member of our growing team. This role encompasses work in paid search (PPC), paid social, display advertising, search engine optimization (SEO), and email.

The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for assisting the team in supporting client accounts with direct oversight and will learn through hands-on training with the goal of quickly developing into a strong marketing manager. We are looking for someone who is passionate and eager to join our team, can grow with us, and adapt in an ever-changing industry.

You Will Be

  • Working closely with marketing managers to ensure account goals are achieved.
  • Helping assist in multiple areas of client campaigns, including strategy development, campaign execution, analytics, and reporting across SEO, paid search, paid social and email marketing.
  • Creating and managing ongoing optimization efforts of Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns, including daily budget monitoring, bid management, keyword research, and on-site conversion and keyword strategy based on marketing needs.
  • Assisting with SEO programs including keyword research, competitive analysis, backlink analysis, online citations, etc.
  • Assisting in the delivery of monthly and quarterly client reporting
  • Creating Display banners (JPGs and GIFs) using Photoshop.
  • Assisting with value-added sales materials, training, client portal, etc.
  • Shadowing monthly and quarterly client calls to review performance and discuss priorities
  • Directly supporting a selection of accounts with the oversight of the team. Performing audits of various platforms we use, including Google Ads, Google Analytics, GTM, Authority Labs, CallRail, DashThis, Google Drive, etc.
  • Participating in weekly team meetings and on-going training sessions

You Must Have

  • 1-2 years of hands-on experience in PPC, SEO or other digital marketing channels
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • The knack to quickly pick up new skills and learn new tasks
  • Ability to work independently, as well as frequently multitasking
  • Extreme attention to detail, adaptability, excellent time management, and a serious dedication to staying organized
  • High level of comfort using email and the Internet, in particular strong understanding in using search engines such as Google, Bing, etc.
  • Experience using G Suite and Excel
  • Experience with any of the following is a plus: Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, Keyword Planner, SEMRush, Screaming Frog, Authority Labs, Photoshop, MailChimp
