The Role

Wpromote is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to become the next member of our growing team. The manager leads strategy development for our independently flagged hospitality clients and soft branded hospitality clients in all channels. This role will run Paid Media, SEO, Email, Content and Paid Social campaigns as selected by the client and lead all client service and reporting.

You Will Be

  • Managing all client campaigns, setting budgets, analyzing strategy, and building client relationships
  • Working with Paid, SEO, Digital Intelligence/Tracking, and Content specialists to execute strategy and holding the group accountable for driving results for individual clients
  • Partnering with client’s leadership teams and to be an advocate for them within the agency:
    • Routinely assess, clarify, and validate customer needs, as well as lead solution development efforts that best address those needs
    • Achieving customer objectives as defined by client’s management team 
  • Leading the development of annual, monthly and ad hoc media planning
  • Interpreting results from various analytics sources to ensure client’s goals are being met and identify areas for improvement
  • Leading monthly calls and quarterly business reviews with the client
  • Providing thought leadership within the hospitality space on digital marketing trends to both internal teams and all client teams
  • Leveraging available data and driving client growth in all channels
  • Participating in team ideation sessions for clients in:
    • Campaign development
    • Content strategies
    • Creative development
    • Reporting and analysis development
  • Meeting targets and goals for profitable contract renewals, client referrals, service adoptions, and growth objectives in assigned accounts

You Must Have

  • Hospitality industry experience – preferably with some operational, marketing, revenue and/or sales experience
  • Strong understanding of hotel distribution channels and their role in driving room nights for hotels, both traditional and online
  • Hands-on experience in Google Analytics – preferably Google Analytics Certification
  • Understanding of core digital advertising channels (Google AdWords, TripAdvisor, Facebook/Instagram, Expedia, etc.) – preferably Google AdWords Certification
  • Extreme attention to detail, adaptability, and excellent time management
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment with high sense of urgency
  • Strong organizational skills with the willingness to help others while meeting your deadlines
  • Superior communication skills, with the ability to quickly adapt and problem solve
