Wpromote developed a three-pronged email marketing strategy to launch BookPal’s new campaign and boost their overall email ROI. First was the building phase, wherein we focused on getting new emails designed and set up as well as making sure subscriber lists, data feeds, and email schedules were in order.
Second was the informing phase, where we developed a complex, four-step welcome series of emails in order to gain loyalty from subscribers and keep BookPal’s brand top of mind. Welcome series emails were completely redesigned to be more aesthetically appealing and thus more engaging.
Third and last was the spike phase. After the groundwork for the email campaign was established, we began looking for new ways to expand reach through personalized emails.
