The site was weighed down by a limited menu system, manual price quoting, and slow order status updates. Wpromote worked with the Brown Jordan team to transform their site into a mobile-first B2B digital enterprise solution. Wpromote’s Digital Experience experts carefully analyzed the company’s existing site and recommended a two-part solution aligned with Brown Jordan’s new mobile and ecommerce business objectives, including replatforming to Adobe Commerce (formerly Magento Commerce). The new site would be built to leverage Adobe Commerce’s native B2B capabilities on the backend and Wpromote’s Progressive Web Application (PWA Pro) on the frontend.

The PWA layer would create an exceptional customer experience by making the site feel like a native mobile app to visitors and providing lightning-fast speed while allowing for greater merchandising flexibility. The Adobe Commerce layer would handle product data from Brown Jordan’s vast furniture inventory and provide a robust data solution for Brown Jordan’s business operations.
