Graphic Designer

Los Angeles, CA • Full Time

The Role

As a Graphic Designer on the Performance Creative team, you will be designing compelling, best-in-class static and light motion assets for a wide range of clients in many verticals. If you have any amazing design aesthetic, strong art direction skills and experience designing for digital platforms, you’d be a great fit! You will be responsible for maintaining and elevating the integrity of our clients’ branding by helping our Creative Leads explore new and exciting ways to elevate and execute creative concepts.

You Will Be

  • Designing excellent creative content for a wide variety of channels –  including Instagram, Google Display, Programmatic banners, OOH, emails, and more.
  • Creating interactive infographics and emails
  • Taking a brief and designing ads to delivery
  • Designing traditional materials such as print ads, collateral, signage, or outdoor

You Must Have

  • 3+ years of experience in digital graphic design
  • An eye for visually compelling modern design
  • A hunger to deliver world-class creative
  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or similar
  • Strong time management with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) 
  • Knowledge and experience of UX/UI is a plus 
  • Video editing and motion graphics skills in After Effects, Final Cut Pro or similar is preferred
  • Knowledge of HTML5 animation a plus
  • Familiarity with technical aspects of digital design as it relates to production deliverables
  • Working knowledge with mobile-first design perspective
  • Creativity and sensibility for graphics, typography, and layout
  • Knowledge with Asana or similar project management programs a plus
