The Role

We are looking for a Director, Data Strategy who has a strong understanding of web and paid media analytics. The ideal person is someone who has a strategic and analytical mindset, with the ability to communicate with clients in a consultative manner, and a strong attention to granular detail. You will have the opportunity to further your knowledge in analytics within the digital marketing space and collaborate with various digital marketing channels to create holistic solutions for clients!

You Will Be

  • Working in a fast paced, highly competitive industry to lead a growth oriented client gain market share as one of the premier providers in the space.
  • Building strong relationships with client and internal stakeholders with a focus on driving data solutions and ensuring success of deliverable execution and delivery
  • Serving as point of escalation for client and Digital Intelligence Account Managers and Data Analysts
  • Partnering with Paid Media teams to ensure data flow and signal resilience with new media partners 
  • Collaboring with MarTech teams to collaborate on reporting methodologies, implementation, and process improvements
  • Leading Digital Intelligence client team to dive deep into Google Analytics, Datorama, and/or Looker & providing insights to help businesses grow & invest intelligently in their marketing mix
  • Developing measurement strategies around client’s business goals and provide strategic recommendations for new measurement solutions

You Must Have

  • 5-10 years of hands-on experience working inside of Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and/or similar Analytics Platforms. 
  • 5+ years of working with clients and reporting measurement insights to marketing stakeholders within an organization.
  • Experience leading a team of analytics experts servicing our clients & collaborating effectively with team members in both business & technical roles. 
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager or similar Tag Management Platforms 
  • Exceptional project management and client expectation setting skills
  • Foundational understanding of the wider Digital Marketing space, including Paid Search, Paid Social, SEO, Programmatic & general Digital Marketing strategy
  • Exceptional level of presentation, verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with passing data from paid media to analytic platforms
  • The ability to know your way around a spreadsheet – beyond simple data input, you’re well versed when it comes to basic data analysis
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Suite
  • A solutions oriented mentality and a knack for problem solving

Nice To Have

  • Expert understanding of Google Tag Manager or similar Tag Management Platforms (Bonus points if you have implemented anything using custom Javascript)
  • Understanding of Customer Data Platforms and Mobile Measurement Partners such as AppsFlyer or Kochava
  • An interest in iOS 14.5 data privacy changes and the larger privacy landscape
  • Experience visualizing data to communicate analysis with stakeholders in Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, or other visualization platform.
