The Role 

The Analytics Engineering team is looking for an individual to join our fast growing Data Enablement team who can help implement and improve tracking for marketing and analytics platform configurations for high growth, multi-channel marketing programs. You will be focused on solving client problems such as technical integrations that would allow marketing teams to accurately attribute conversions within web and mobile app environments, and designing standardized tracking solutions that could be deployed at scale across all clients.

You Will Be

  • Leading and supporting complex MarTech and Analytics architecture deployments
  • Leading client facing meetings or speaking directly with our platform partners
  • Honing your coding skills and technical understanding of various marketing technologies such as Tag Management Systems, Cloud Platforms, Customer Data Platforms, Mobile Measurement Platforms and Privacy Solution Platforms
  • Implementing client onboarding to referencing our data model from end to end, while partnering closely with Data Integration Managers, Analytics Managers, and internal stakeholders
  • Enhancing our existing product solutions and technical documentation
  • Supporting the creation of our gold standard approach to new MarTech or solution strategies
  • Collaborating with other departments to interpret and gather business requirements and effectively translating them into technical and functional solutions
  • Knowledge-sharing across departments and within the Data Enablement team
  • Providing a thoughtful approach to future utilization, which include a focus on standardization and automation techniques for scaling our deployments
  • Supporting the development of client facing and internal product solutions

You Must Have

  • 2-5 years of analytics experience & web/app development
  • Advertising agency experience with some client facing experience
  • Solid JavaScript coding experience
  • Experience with server side tracking and privacy tools such as OneTrust or similar
  • Solid working knowledge of quality assurance and debugging methodologies
  • Tagging proficiency in different frameworks & Tag Management Systems (TMS) such as Google Tag Manager, Adobe Launch, Tealium, or similar
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to understand the technical detail behind data utilization for digital marketing and the ability to explain it simply to non-technical audiences
  • Excellent project planning skills; from assisting in requirements gathering, scoping, solution implementation & documentation, to testing and pushing live
  • Ability to prioritize multiple obligations, and consistently deliver high quality, accurate work in high-pressure situations with strict deadlines
  • Strong awareness of the digital marketing atmosphere
  • Propensity to maximize the development of self and others and an ever curious mind
  • A Bachelor’s degree

  • Python coding experience
  • Mobile Measurement Partners: Appsflyer, Branch, Kochava or similar
  • Customer Data Platforms: Segment, Tealium Audience Stream, Amplitude or similar
  • Analytics Platforms: Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Mixpanel or similar
  • Cloud Platforms: Google Cloud Functions, BigQuery, Amazon Web Services or similar
  • Server Side Solutions: Google Tag Manager Server Side Tracking, Facebook Conversions API, Snapchat Conversions API, Google Ads Enhanced Conversions API
