The Role

We’re looking to hire our first Product Marketing Manager on our fast-growing Technology team here at Wpromote. In this role, you’ll get to own all aspects of product marketing for Polaris, Wpromote’s media intelligence and automation platform. As the largest and fastest growing independent performance marketing agency in the US, Wpromote was the first to launch an enterprise-grade technology platform that can deliver scalable apps for its expert marketers to accelerate profitable growth for clients. In this role, you’ll report directly to the VP of Product and partner with Marketing to amplify the story of Polaris and Wpromote within the digital marketing industry. You’ll also team up with Product Management to drive adoption for Polaris internally as its enablement champion. Lastly, you’ll own competitive research and analysis and partner with Product Management to help shape the product roadmap.

You Will Be

  • Partnering with Product Management to own the product training lifecycle end-to-end, outlining training content, writing training scripts, producing training video content and slides, identifying target audiences, drafting and delivering comms, measuring product adoption and impact
  • Working with Product to drive a launch calendar for product releases with video and slide content, and developing company emails highlighting feature releases and the change-log for a non-technical audience
  • Generating internal and external product case studies with client teams to showcase Polaris impact
  • Updating and maintaining training content and key stakeholders of new product feature releases
  • Partnering with product to set product adoption goals and milestones
  • Monitoring product engagement and adoption, designing and managing initiatives to increase product adoption among target audiences within the company
  • Producing all product-focused web content, white papers, feature releases, updates, and client success stories in direct collaboration with the marketing team for all external content
  • Collaborating with Marketing to establish a product-focused content calendar, client email cadence, and other communications
  • Working with Marketing on communication opportunities, awards submissions, and speaker presentations related to product
  • Creating and maintaining sales collateral and materials around product, client needs, and competitive positioning
  • Monitoring competitor positioning of technology solutions, products, and features

You Must Have

  • 3 years of experience in digital performance marketing, analytics, or advertising technology
  • 2 years of experience designing and managing lifecycle campaigns
  • A proven track record of creating product marketing content in the form of blog posts, email campaigns, video, and/or event formats
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working collaboratively with multiple cross-functional partners
  • Exceptional process and project management skills
  • The ability to set goals and systematically prioritize growth initiatives
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience

Nice to Have

  • Experience in an adtech/martech or B2B SAAS environment
  • Experience using quantitative and qualitative insights to inform growth strategy, roadmap, prioritization, and more
