The Role

Wpromote’s internal marketing division is looking for a highly-motivated and seasoned Outbound Marketing Manager to add to the team. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing, developing, and executing outbound marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness and generate leads to sustain Wpromote’s growth. The role will involve working closely with the outbound sales and content teams in planning, orchestrating, and launching targeted campaigns that generate new prospects. The ideal candidate is someone who has prior experience with developing and managing successful outbound marketing campaigns, has a strong understanding of project management processes, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about driving lead-generation initiatives to hit a company’s sales and revenue targets.

The anticipated annual salary for this role will range from $70,000 – $90,000, based on consideration of a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, education and certifications, competitive benchmarks, scope of responsibility, market dynamics, geographic location, and respective state’s salary threshold for exempt employees. The total compensation package for this role will include benefits (listed above).

You Will Be

  • Creating and managing innovative demand gen strategies that market Wpromote as the leader in digital marketing
  • Conceptualizing, building, and optimizing omnichannel outbound marketing campaigns for our top target accounts
  • Setting up strategic email nurture campaigns, updating and optimizing copy based on performance 
  • Increasing prospect engagement and conversion through various outbound techniques including setting up automated workflows, developing lead nurture campaigns, and promoting thought leadership and events through various omnichannel marketing campaigns
  • Overseeing the creation of sales-oriented communication materials including thought leadership content, email templates, and nurture campaigns 
  • Continually A/B testing copy, using a highly analytical approach to assess and refine content and campaigns to ensure optimal conversion results are achieved 
  • Supporting Sales BDRs in building their pipelines of targeted accounts utilizing complex workflows
  • Managing list creation and ongoing enrichment of key target accounts using data provider
  • Assisting in the development and execution of webinars and events focused on lead generation as well as curated, in-person dinners and networking events to engage with prospects 
  • Supporting communication across sales and marketing teams, increasing efficiency and effectiveness of outbound efforts 
  • Monitoring the progress of deliverables and ensuring all deadlines are met
  • Expected to quickly develop a deep understanding of our brand, services, and customer base
  • Assisting in tracking, goal-setting, reporting, and alignment of all outbound generation channel efforts
  • Analyzing the results of all outbound marketing efforts across all platforms and adjusting strategy accordingly

You Must Have

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in outbound marketing in the B2B or Agency space  
  • Experience with Asana or similar task management platforms (required)
  • Proficiency in documenting, tracking, prioritizing, and following up on many simultaneous tasks with the ability to hit and exceed deadlines
  • Advanced knowledge of digital marketing and outbound marketing 
  • Ability to pinpoint project pain points, identify areas in need of process improvement, and own the full process improvement lifecycle
  • Experience building and carrying out successful outbound marketing programs 
  • Ability to think out of the box to solve problems creatively and challenge the status quo
  • Ability to conceptualize creative, forward-thinking marketing strategies
  • High level of attention to detail and project management know-how
  • Ability to create, write, and proof strategic campaign content.
  • Eagerness to learn new strategies and pick up new skills
  • Ability to gracefully give, receive, and incorporate feedback
  • Two or four-year degree
