Amazon Marketplace Manager

The Role

Wpromote is looking for an Amazon Marketplace Manager to join our growing team. As an end-to-end service, our team manages all aspects of our clients’ Amazon business to help them succeed in the marketplace. The role is very dynamic and this person must be able to work efficiently across multiple clients simultaneously.

You Will Be

  • Consulting clients on launching or growing their Amazon business through paid media, content, and other initiatives
  • Designing, implementing and managing PPC campaigns
  • Providing clients with guidance and best practices for Product Detail Page and Brand Store content
  • Maintaining accuracy, integrity, and quality of Product Detail Pages
  • Monitoring overall account health, performance, and directly resolving any issues that may arise
  • Proactively communicating with clients about account health, ad performance, sales, best practices, potential opportunities and developing action plans to improve results
  • Closely monitoring competitors and category trends
  • Auditing prospective Amazon accounts and identifying areas for improvement

You Must Have

  • 2+ years of experience consulting/managing Amazon accounts
  • Great communication skills both written and oral, with a strong attention to detail
  • Amazing organizational skills and be able to balance client timelines and business needs, across multiple clients
  • Comfortability working in dynamic, time-intensive environments where competing priorities are commonplace
  • Ability to manage client expectations and priorities
  • Experience presenting to senior-level client contacts
  • The ability to explain nuances of Amazon clearly and concisely 
  • Working experience of Vendor and Seller Central
  • Understanding of overall profitability on Amazon (seller categories, fulfillment methods, fees, etc.)
  • Experience in Amazon Advertising which includes keyword research, campaign buildouts, bid optimizations, reporting, and knowledge of the different ad types.
  • An understanding and experience with optimizing product detail pages including titles, key features, and A+ content.
  • Knowledge about how Amazon marketing and performance affects the purchase funnel

Nice To Have

  • In platform experience with Amazon DSP 
  • Involvement in working with or at a brand with $1M+ in annual Amazon sales
  • Experience with inventory forecasting, planning, and creating shipments in Seller Central
  • Creation of POs within Vendor Central
  • Working knowledge of other ecommerce marketplaces outside of Amazon
