The Role

Wpromote is looking for a CRO Manager who will push websites to achieve their full potential by working closely with our designers and developers to execute successful web experimentation programs for a diverse group of clients. The CRO Manager will focus on the tactical execution of programs as well as focus on building client strategies, data and results analysis, insights/iteration, and ideation. This individual will shepherd A/B/n tests from concept to launch, respond to client requests and keep team members and clients accountable for follow-ups and action items. This individual will be a natural communicator and keep external and internal stakeholders informed through our engagements. This individual will also work with other internal stakeholders at Wpromote to ensure our optimization strategies align across all of a client’s initiatives.

**This position may be performed remotely anywhere within the United States except CO, HI, AK, NV, WA.

You Will Be

  • Crafting and executing on client optimization strategies
  • Completing analytics data research to fuel client experiment backlog
  • Uncovering test insights, leading to further iteration and ideation
  • Working with engineering and QA teams to move tests through implementation while balancing deadlines, quality, and scope
  • Writing A/B/n test requirements, creating mockups (annotated screenshots, simple designs)Directly interfacing with clients on test status, results, and approvals
  • Fielding and routing client questions and issues
  • Managing weekly agendas, scheduling, capturing meeting takeaways, and distilling them down into reference notes and action items
  • Organizing and building client presentations
  • Collaborating with various digital marketing channels to create holistic solutions for clients

You Must Have

  • Hands-on experience working inside Google Optimize, Optimizely, VWO, or other similar A/B testing platforms
  • Experience working with clients and/or reporting testing insights to stakeholders within an organization
  • Experience pulling useful data from analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or Adobe AnalyticsAn eye for detail and organization
  • A passion for digital experience optimization
  • The ability to juggle multiple projects at once
  • Outstanding presentation and communication skills

Nice To Have

  • Professional services (agency) experience
  • Experience with basic web development principles regarding HTML, Javascript, and CSS
  • Working knowledge of Google Tag Manager, enough to implement basic click tracking tags for Google Analytics
  • Experience visualizing data to communicate analysis with stakeholders in Google Data Studio, Google Sheets, Excel, Looker, or other data visualization platform
  • Awareness of the wider Digital Marketing space, including Paid Search, Paid Social, SEO & general Digital Marketing strategy
