The Role

As an Influencer Marketing Manager, you will be working on the Earned Media team and managing a portfolio of client accounts as their main POC.

The anticipated annual salary for this role will range from $55,000 – $65,000, based on consideration of a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, education and certifications, competitive benchmarks, scope of responsibility, market dynamics, geographic location, and respective state’s salary threshold for exempt employees. The total compensation package for this role will include benefits (listed above).

You Will Be

  • Manage a portfolio of assigned client accounts on day to day influencer marketing strategy and campaign execution
  • Develop influencer strategies based on client business objectives including activation types, creative strategy, influencer approach, and tactical details
  • Execute influencer campaigns from ideation and relationship management to content review and client reportingIdentify and vet relevant partners for campaigns and programs that maximize brand ROI and achieve KPIs
  • Negotiate and secure influencer agreements with a strong grasp of industry standards
  • Ensure timely execution of influencer deliverables, communication, and coordination of logistics
  • Monitor and review influencer content for accuracy, brand guidelines, and FTC compliance
  • Develop and present regular pacing reports and quarterly, or campaign-specific, performance reports to clients
  • Collaborate with Influencer Marketing Team to support large campaigns and go-to-market launches
  • Optimize client influencer strategies for long-term relationships, short term campaign objectives and ad-hoc tactical executions
  • Liaise across marketing channels to integrate campaign strategies (including but not limited to Paid and Earned Social Email, Affiliate, and SEO/Content Marketing)
  • Stay informed of platform updates across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat, Pinterest, Facebook, Twitter, Twitch, Amazon, search engines, editorial publishers and emerging digital platforms
  • Help with creative ideas, auditing, and research in response to new sales pitches and proposals involving Influencers
  • Assess competitive landscape and provide influencer marketing education, recommendations, opportunities, and suggestions to clients and internal teams

You Must Have

  • At least 2-3 years of direct experience with influencer marketing within an agency or in-house environment
  • Associates or Bachelors degree in marketing/communications/PR or relevant experience
  • The knack to think on your feet and stay organized (MUST be detail oriented with outstanding project management skills)
  • Strong direct client experience (if experience is in-house, must be able to illustrate communication and presentation skills to various level team members and types of audiences)
  • Experience with influencer marketing project management platforms ideal
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics
  •  A strategic thinker who is always looking for innovative ways to engage new and up-and-coming influencers
  • Self-starter with the confidence and demonstrated ability to effectively develop engaging activation ideas to achieve client goals
  • Equally excited about interpreting data as you are about brainstorming creative initiatives
  • Experience with a variety of social, content and streaming platforms including  TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat, Pinterest,  Amazon, Facebook, Twitter, Twitch, etc.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; including strong presentation skills
  • Ability to work on multiple campaigns with tight deadlines
  • Proficient knowledge of affiliate marketing is a plus
