The Role

We are looking for a Senior Analytics Manager who has a strong understanding of web analytics and is able to create custom implementations within Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics. The ideal person is someone who is able to design and execute end-to-end analytics implementation and ensure data is captured accurately across analytics and marketing platforms. You will have the opportunity to further your knowledge in analytics within the digital marketing space and collaborate with various digital marketing channels and product teams to create holistic solutions for clients!

You Will Be

  • Working directly with clients and internal channel teams across a wide range of industries from both business & technical-centric roles
  • Translating business goals into technical requirements & working closely with data integration managers and developers to implement new tags
  • A mentor to junior to mid-level Analytics Managers, reviewing, and guiding their work
  • Leading implementation for Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Mixpanel, and/or Amplitude
  • Auditing existing analytics implementations and presenting your analysis to clients
  • Developing measurement strategies around the client’s business goals and working closely with our data integration and development team to implement tagging changes
  • A consultant for novel analytics implementations and troubleshooting scenarios
  • Developing standardized documentation for best practices and processesLead knowledge-sharing sessions with internal and external stakeholders

You Must Have

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing and working inside of Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics
  • 3-5 years of working with clients and/or reporting measurement insights to marketing stakeholders within an organization.
  • Advanced understanding of Tag Management Systems such as Google Tag Manager, Tealium, Segment, or similar 
  • Demonstrated proficiency working with data layers 
  • Solid ability to troubleshoot data integrity issues 
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage and lead multiple projects end to end 
  • A natural problem-solving mindset
  • Awareness of the wider Digital Marketing space, including Paid Search, Paid Social, SEO & general Digital Marketing strategy
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Suite

Nice to Have

  • An understanding of connecting online & offline data sets within Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar
  • Working knowledge with mobile app tracking such as Firebase and MMPs such as Appsflyer, Branch or similar 
  • Experience with GA4 migrations across ecommerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento or similar 
  • Work experience with server-side analytics and marketing implementations
