The Role

We’re looking for a Converged TV Senior Manager to join the rapidly expanding team that is changing the way video investment is positioned as part of a media strategy. You’ll directly manage campaigns across traditional Linear, Advanced TV, and OTT/CTV, making optimizations and updates daily. Your complex and diverse portfolio of clients will be a mix of both big and small that constantly challenges you, and with extensive experience and/or a proven track record, you could be working with some of our biggest brands. You’ll be trusted to oversee all account activity, collaborate with managers from other channels, and come up with campaign strategies for your book of clients.

You Will Be

  • Supervising development, implementation, negotiation, and maintenance of Converged TV media plans
  • Overseeing day-to-day campaign execution and is responsible for ensuring campaigns deliver on KPIs
  • Determining and delegating workflow, priorities, deadlines, and mentoring junior team members
  • Staying knowledgeable about the client’s business and its competitors to determine sufficient advertising and media needs and ensure plans are properly executed and delivered
  • Collaborating with media partners to develop promotional and other amplification opportunities to enhance each investment
  • Assisting with deck writing, budget and channel allocation, and audience development 
  • Analyzing data to inform purchase and channel allocation and prepare post-buy documents 
  • Supporting the development of strategic approach and experience design by delivering channel ideas and providing the link to the reality of historical performance and in-market opportunities 
  • Evaluating, stewarding, and tracking added value opportunities, including determining and reporting ROI value
  • Maintaining up to the minute knowledge all programming trends, marketplace conditions, and economic indicators that impact Converged TV and Video Investment

You Must Have

  • 3+ years of experience working in a national media investment buying environment
  • Extensive knowledge of the media and marketing business, particularly with experience in the Converged TV investment space 
  • The capability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse groups 
  • A proven ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects effectively and work well under pressure to deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines 
  • Experience managing Converged TV budgets across brands, campaigns, partners, etc.
  • Ability to effectively utilize media research and reporting resources
  • Strong negotiating and presenting skills, excellent communication, organizational, analytical skills, and quantitative skills, including math proficiency
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite
