The Role

We are seeking to hire a temporary Office Manager in our El Segundo office for approximately six months to cover an upcoming maternity leave. This role is integral to cultivating Wpromote culture and playing an active role in employee experience and engagement. You are an office ambassador and you will interact with visitors, customers, clients, and employees at every level, every day.


The Office Manager will report directly to our Senior Director of People Operations.

You Will Be

  • Responsible for managing office services by ensuring office operations and procedures are organized
  • Working with the building to create keycards and provide parking access as needed 
  • Opening the office each morning and ensuring that everything is in order
  • Providing support on miscellaneous office projects in regards to our hybrid work environment
  • Responsible for staying up to date with local and federal COVID-19 guidelines in relation to working in the office and updating our work in the office policies as needed
  • Ordering lunch for the client visits and in-person team meetings
  • Keeping track of inventory, ordering supplies, swag, gifts, food, and drinks, and conducting general mailroom duties
  • Ordering, receiving, and unpacking all deliveries for the office
  • Maintaining the aesthetic integrity of the office, conference rooms, and kitchen
  • Managing the conference room calendars and desk booking management tool, Robin
  • Supporting IT/HR with new hires and current employee/vendor management
  • Providing general support to all visitors, clients, and vendors
  • Answering phones and directing calls to the appropriate parties
  • Planning fun and engaging office events and team building activities
  • Managing Wellness initiatives and offerings in the office (when applicable) and virtually
  • Owning and celebrating employee recognition initiatives, including birthdays, anniversaries, life events, etc. 
  • Assisting in the office with any C-Team needs, including booking conference rooms and ordering lunch, on an as-needed basis
  • Potentially assisting with other Wpromote locations office operations on an as-needed basis

You Must Have

  • 2-3 years of administrative or office management experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Positive energy, be presentable, and punctual
  • Solid ability to multitask and pay attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and work within a team environment
