The drought in California continues to get worse and the lead contamination crisis in Flint, Michigan is showing no signs of slowing down as the city debates the appropriate course of action. Clean water, once taken for granted in the U.S., is now seemingly getting harder to find. As more and more parts of the country become affected by contaminants and more and more boil alerts are issued, it’s clear that the water in our country is in serious trouble.
