Susan is a Partner at Vantage, specializing in leadership strategy to help clients across various industries achieve excellence at individual, team, and organizational levels. She collaborates with C-Suite executives, senior leaders, Boards, and investors to assess and optimize talent, aligning purpose, values, and culture with organizational mission and strategy. With experience in a venture-backed biotech company and private equity, Susan emphasizes the importance of leaders’ character and reputation in building effective teams that drive positive change and enhance business ROI. Her approach includes coaching on executive presence, strategic communication, empathetic leadership, confident delegation, and collaboration. Susan’s clients range from Fortune 100 companies to family-owned businesses in sectors such as healthcare, technology, manufacturing, education, financial services, retail, and food and beverage. In addition to her role at Vantage, Susan maintains a clinical psychology practice in New York and California, providing services to children, adults, and couples.
