A California native and former Texas resident, Nicole comes to Wpromote with 11 years of experience in HR. She has worked in the advertising, digital, media, and PR landscape in HR and Talent Acquisition. Nicole is passionate about learning and development programs, employee engagement, and people strategies, helping support company culture initiatives and employee growth and development planning. Outside of work, Nicole can be found hanging with her awesome boo, watching a movie or the NBA along with their four cats and dog, who all have people names.
