Michael is a seasoned technical leader specializing in evolving engineering organizations, managing product delivery in an agile and collaborative mindset, and learning/teaching the craft of software development. He has owned the delivery of significant products from idea to market with customer experiences that are simple, intuitive, and impactful to deliver the best possible outcomes for customers and the company. He has worked at companies ranging in size from early-stage startups to Fortune 500 multinational corporations for over 25 years. Michael will guide our technical team and mature our engineering practices, facilitate cross-team success, and nurture a talented, healthy, and productive product organization.
