Lauren Noriega

Lauren Noriega is a Senior Sales Leader at Amazon Ads with more than 20 years of advertising experience. She has built her career by launching new businesses, scaling teams, and driving revenue growth in fast-moving, high-ambiguity environments. Since joining Amazon in 2014, Lauren has helped create industry-first programs like On-Box Advertising and led teams across Global Growth Sales partnering with challenger brands and Large Customer Sales working with global restaurant and travel brands. Today, she heads Amazon’s Large Customer Sales Acquisition team, welcoming net-new advertisers to Amazon Ads across categories and markets. Born and raised in the Bay Area, Lauren now lives in Los Angeles with her husband, Chris, and their two sons. She’s on a lifelong mission to raise them as Warriors, Niners, and Giants fans—though her youngest’s sudden decision to root for the Dodgers has been classified internally as both a betrayal and a “work in progress.”
