Andrew Degner

As Head of Legal at Wpromote, Andrew provides strategic guidance on a wide range of legal and business affairs matters. Before joining Wpromote in May 2023, Andrew supported a diverse set of internal teams at Mattel, advised business and product teams at Microsoft, and litigated entertainment contracts and intellectual property disputes at the law firms Loeb & Loeb and Glaser Weil. Andrew enjoys working closely with clients and business teams to identify key concerns and provide creative solutions to support efficient execution and growth. Born and raised in Southern California, Andrew enjoys being near both surf and snow when not traveling domestically and abroad.
