Amanda Papini joined the Wpromote team in early August of 2021 through the acquisition of Visiture bringing fifteen plus years of talent acquisition and human resources expertise. Over her tenure with Visiture she increased headcount by over 50% and established standardized processes for talent operations and services. If she had to summarize herself in two words, it would be Passionate and Growth-Oriented. She believes in constant self-reflection and is committed to self-improvement. However, most of her fulfillment comes from helping others grow and realize their unique talents.
