So I should be praying to Google every night now instead? Hmm…I hope I don’t get too much slack from my church for making the change.
I love Google. They have so many useful tools. Don’t you think in a way they are tailoring to me? Providing me with all these free tools, images, shopping comparison, congregated content.. while I pay nothing back for it except my blind eye to their ads? and the occasional pat on the back
I would say.. i am the god.
“The scrolls, the scrolls, the buttons, the buttons. Scrolling so SMOOTH like butter on a muffin!”
Google IS God. Google knows everything about us & what steps to take to get MORE information from us. Gmail,Ggroups, Gtalk, Gvoice, Gwave…& more.
Google purchased Admob because they know that it’s the next big opportunity for advertising– by going mobile. Google could have easily built their own software but they decided to purchase Admob. I wonder why? For the data. They now have access to data on the most popular applications for phones and what are they going to do with that data? Perhaps see how people are engaging with ads on phones and use that information to win over market share for mobile OS. They’re smart. What next, Google?
Joe, they’re providing you with all of these free useful tools…but in exchange… THEY KNOW EVERYTHING ABOUT YOU. Therefore, you’re not God. Google wins.
On another note, this blog should allow for people to reply to other peoples’ comments…
