Great post! I am seeing more and more reasons to follow companies on FB. Even if your company sells water jet lathes, it is awesome to see videos and geeky information that would excite people in that community, as opposed to visiting a water jet lathe website that does nothing more that put me to sleep.

Great write up guys! The interesting thing with a Fan page is that it can also be easily filtered vs directing a customer to your yelp or google reviews page. Anything written on a facebook page well… the business owner has some control over.
